For each test, 4 and 5 specimens were used to optimize test results. Microstructural observation was realized with OM and they were shown in Fig. 17.2. Small size cylindrical specimens were sectioned transversally then polishing were realized after they were mounted. It seems that all of the microstructures show a extensively homogenous distribution of the reinforcements in the structure. 17.3.2 Three Point Bending (3PB) Test Results and Fracture Surface Observation Three-Point Bending (3PB) tests have been carried out for each different type of composites.
