hypersonic wind tunnel of CARDC. And a protection device was designed to protect the 3D vision system from the damage of high-speed air flow and reduce the influence of vibration. As shown in Fig. 34.3, the 3D vision system was installed in the protection device, the protection device was fixed in wind tunnel and connected to the atmosphere, which can protect the 3D vision system from the damage of high-speed air flow and the varying air pressure in hypersonic wind tunnel. In Fig. 34.4, we show the structure diagram of the protection device and the 3D vision system. The protection device was consist of hoder, glass, matal tube and damping device. And the damping device was used to reduce the vibration of vision system. In the 3D vision system two cameras with 1280 1024 pixels resolution were employed to capture images, and the measuring range was 1.2m 1m 1 m.
