One of the measurement parameters monitored during such tests is the ODS, which is measured by step scanning method. The downside of that type of technology is the off-line post processing, which is required to visualize the test data. An example of ODS data which shows such a change during an endurance test is shown in Fig. 11.2. By performing an area scan, by mean of CSLDV, of the longest side visible in Fig. 11.1, it was possible to acquire spectral sidebands (see Fig. 11.3) and track their possible change while testing. Despite the scatter due to noise, the third component
